Feedback and Complaints
KPAS welcomes patient feedback and takes complaints seriously as part of our commitment to quality care.
How to Provide Feedback
Feedback, whether positive or a concern, can be shared with the KPAS team by phone, email, or in writing. We encourage patients to raise concerns directly with us in the first instance so they can be addressed promptly.
Our Complaints Process
When a complaint is received, the KPAS team will acknowledge it, review the concern with the relevant surgeon or staff member, and respond with an outcome or proposed resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
External Escalation
If a concern cannot be resolved directly with the practice, patients may contact the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (HaDSCO) in Western Australia, or the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), which oversee complaints about registered health practitioners.
This page should be reviewed to confirm it accurately reflects the practice’s actual complaints process, response timeframes, and current contact details before publishing as final.
