Kings Park Aesthetic Surgery welcomes referrals from general practitioners and other health professionals across face, nose, breast and body procedures.
How to Refer a Patient
Referrals can be sent by fax, secure electronic referral, or post, addressed to the KPAS surgeon most relevant to your patient’s area of interest. If you are unsure which surgeon best matches your patient’s clinical interest, contact the KPAS team and we can advise.
What to Include in a Referral
- Patient’s relevant medical and surgical history
- Current medications and known allergies
- A summary of the specific concern or condition being referred for
- Any relevant prior imaging, photographs, or specialist reports
After the Referral
Our team will contact the patient directly to arrange a consultation. A letter summarising the consultation and any agreed management plan is provided back to the referring practitioner following the appointment.
